I was at my wits' end. Several other shops in town had given me the runaround or quoted outrageous prices. As a widow and single mom of four, I knew I had to make a smart, careful decision. For whatever reason, my gut told me to give Salvador a call, and I’m so glad I listened.

From the very first phone call, he was professional and responsive. He had me text him the details, and he got back to me right away with real answers and a fair price. I was so grateful. I ordered the part, and he even picked it up himself. All I had to do was have my car towed to his shop.

Working with him was such a positive experience. He’s the one who does the work, so nothing gets overlooked. He even warranties his work, which gave me peace of mind. He completed a big job on my engine faster than I expected, and while he was in there, he spotted another issue. Instead of ignoring it or using it to get more money out of me later, he was upfront and honest about it. That really meant a lot.

Not all big shops are better. Sometimes it’s the smaller ones that really care about the quality of the work and the people they’re helping. I have so much respect for Salvador and how he runs his shop. I’ll definitely be going back to him anytime I need work done in the future.
