I took my car into Jones Complete Car Care and they gave me friendly, fair and great service. They were not able to do some of the work necessary so they generously referred me to another shop, where I could have that done. I was so impressed by their genuine decency. I will continue to be a loyal customer going forward. Thanks, Jones!
I want to give a special shoutout to Chester Martinez at Jones Complete Car Care. I had a fairly complicated repair situation with my Hyundai Sonata, and Chester really went above and beyond to help me through it. He took the time to listen to my concerns, understand what had happened, and make sure everything was resolved fairly.
What stood out most was how professional, patient, and respectful he was throughout the process. He genuinely cared about making things right and making sure I left satisfied. They also went the extra mile by taking care of my emissions test and helping with the vehicle registration, which I really appreciated.
