“Have visited them twice and appreciate the care I received. Always kind & competent. The negative reviews about them are a bit ridiculous- complaining about wait time; yeah, it’s an urgent care, you’re going to wait, since you like everyone else who also just walked in without an appointment also needs care too. That’s literally how an urgent care works. Walk in, wait your turn. That being said, I felt the wait was very reasonable (maybe 2 hours).“

“I went to a gynecologist in St. George who told me my condition wasn't nearly as severe as some of her other patients and that I did not need a hysterectomy. A few months later, I found Dr. William Warner, a urogynecologist. He listened, he understood, and he took care of me in a most professional and compassionate way. Having that surgery changed my life. It changed my confidence in public and made my personal life much easier. I was also impressed by how quickly and efficiently he completed the surgery. The follow up visits were full of support if I should ever need their services again. I have since referred several friends who were similarly impressed by the service and procedures they received. “Dr. Brent Smith had a lovely bedside manner. He was extraordinarily courteous, respectful of our time, and thorough in his explanations. He offered handouts and other supportive literature. We were very well taken care of by him and left feeling so good. this was all the more meaningful, because we had been sad and somewhat marginalized by how curt, the person at the front desk with us because we did not understand their protocol. Dr. Smith knew nothing of that unfortunate interaction so he was not trying to compensate for their disrespect. He was simply a wonderful doctor with a great deal of knowledge who took personal interest in our situation. We cannot say enough good about him.“

“Great place they have you in and out fast there time on how long ur eyes dilate is wrong though I spent a whole day with my eyes dilated but otherwise really good and the staff is crazy friendly and happy“

“I took my daughter here on a Sunday around noon. It wasn’t crowded and we didn’t wait long to be seen. The staff couldn’t take my copay since their system was down. But assured me that once I get my bill, that I can take care of it over the phone. (Bill my insurance) The doctor knew right away what was wrong, then made a prescription for her. We liked this place, good experience.“

“Absolutely amazing service. All of the nurses were so nice and started on my vitals while in the waiting room. We only waited half an hour (on a Sunday at that) to be seen by a doctor. Both my nurse and doctor (Angela Grange) were incredibly friendly and great at letting me voice my concerns and symptoms.Angela let me know what medications to steer clear from while treating my viral infection since I have some preexisting heart problems. This was extremely helpful information that I was never even told by my Cardiologist.Overall the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care BY FAR. These people are wonderful!“

“I was first told about Medallus from my mother-in-law when I first moved up here 2 years ago. And, I'm really glad that she did. I have used Medallus for any medical issue that might come up and I'm not able to get in with my primary doctor. Everyone is always nice, professional, curtious, upbeat, and knowledgeable. No matter which provider I see, or which medical assistants are working that day or even who is working the front office. I have a couple different health issues that have caused me to see a lot of doctors, go to a lot of different hospitals and I have had a lot of tests, procedures and surgeries performed on me. That's been in 3 different states over the past 20 years and Medallus is in my top 5 best medical establishments. I do highly recommend them to anyone who needs to see a doctor. They are great.“

“University of Utah Healthcare- Redwood Agent care clinic center is the best healthcare provider in Salt Lake City, Utah. If you tend to look for insurance coverage the make sure to communicate with your insurance company to get 80% insurance coverage on any hospital bills. They’re all good with insurance information and have you relaxed and they do all the paperwork for you. I love ? their services and you can always download MYChart to your phone ? that way you can check everything like your test results and stuff. I love the customer service and customer support technicality services. They both make sure you are take care of anything you need. Very clean environment and clean offices and employees are amazing people and I like how everyone is welcome in this Healthcare system facility. I been with their insurance company for years and I love it. I giving five stars ⭐️ because they deserve this opportunity rating business.“
