I'm from another state so comparatively this place was fine. However the senior guy does not want antibiotics to be given out. Would have healed sooner but was given a super low dose of antib's and had to come back 2 more times. Staff nice. Higher ups, eh. : /
Dr. Macdonald was very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. We appreciate the time he took to figure out what was going on and giving information on how to help. The staff was great and we got in quick! Overall a wonderful experience!
My son was treated at this facility over Memorial Day weekend while we were in town for a soccer tournament. We were fortunate that it was not crowded, so we were able to be seen and treated (and, unfortunately, sent to the ER for further evaluation and treatment) very efficiently. Every person that we interacted with — front desk, intake, x-ray technician, and physician — was thorough and kind. It wasn’t fun to be looking for urgent medical care so far from home, but we absolutely felt like we were in good hands.
