From the two women greeting us at the front desk to Kristen to the Pharmacy person, all of the UofU caregivers were wonderful. Kristen particularly impressed me in the treatment room. She listened un-judgementally as I described the fool-hardy run-around things I tried to address the accidental puppybite wound on my thumb including visiting two pharmacies (over the counter dermabond-type did not work), going out to my EMT great nephew's home for an assessment - only to finally go to UofU Urgent Care clinic. Every person from the front desk, the nurses and doctors. The whole medical staff worked hard to understand what was happening with me and systematically ruled out any issues that could be dangerous to me. The doctors took time to explain everything and they followed up via telephone after my visits. Every medical facility should strive to be as es excellent as U of Health
The medical assistant was very kind, welcoming, and pleasant throughout my visit. The NP was also very professional, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I understood the plan. I really appreciated the excellent care and positive experience.
