We were very well taken care of by him and left feeling so good. this was all the more meaningful, because we had been sad and somewhat marginalized by how curt, the person at the front desk with us because we did not understand their protocol. Dr. Smith knew nothing of that unfortunate interaction so he was not trying to compensate for their disrespect. He was simply a wonderful doctor with a great deal of knowledge who took personal interest in our situation. We cannot say enough good about him.“

Honestly, I thought it would feel weird to have a male doctor but he has by far been the best doctor I have ever seen and makes me feel very comfortable. “I took my daughter here on a Sunday around noon. It wasn’t crowded and we didn’t wait long to be seen. The staff couldn’t take my copay since their system was down. But assured me that once I get my bill, that I can take care of it over the phone. (Bill my insurance) The doctor knew right away what was wrong, then made a prescription for her. We liked this place, good experience.“

“Have visited them twice and appreciate the care I received. Always kind & competent. The negative reviews about them are a bit ridiculous- complaining about wait time; yeah, it’s an urgent care, you’re going to wait, since you like everyone else who also just walked in without an appointment also needs care too. That’s literally how an urgent care works. Walk in, wait your turn. That being said, I felt the wait was very reasonable (maybe 2 hours).“

“Absolutely amazing service. All of the nurses were so nice and started on my vitals while in the waiting room. We only waited half an hour (on a Sunday at that) to be seen by a doctor. Both my nurse and doctor (Angela Grange) were incredibly friendly and great at letting me voice my concerns and symptoms.Angela let me know what medications to steer clear from while treating my viral infection since I have some preexisting heart problems. This was extremely helpful information that I was never even told by my Cardiologist.Overall the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care BY FAR. These people are wonderful!“

“I went in on 3/22 for some pretty severe pain in my ribs & I truly had one of the best urgent care experiences. I think no other urgent care compares. The lady working the front desk was absolutely wonderful and I appreciated her so so much. I didn’t get her name unfortunately but she made the experience so lovely. The doctor also actually listened to what I was experienced and helped me get some medication to make the next few days bearable while working. I will definitely be coming to this location next time I need to be seen fast.“

“I was first told about Medallus from my mother-in-law when I first moved up here 2 years ago. And, I'm really glad that she did. I have used Medallus for any medical issue that might come up and I'm not able to get in with my primary doctor. Everyone is always nice, professional, curtious, upbeat, and knowledgeable. No matter which provider I see, or which medical assistants are working that day or even who is working the front office. I have a couple different health issues that have caused me to see a lot of doctors, go to a lot of different hospitals and I have had a lot of tests, procedures and surgeries performed on me. That's been in 3 different states over the past 20 years and Medallus is in my top 5 best medical establishments. I do highly recommend them to anyone who needs to see a doctor. They are great.“
