I love granger medical, how ever the last visit the doctor showed no sympathy and didn't even tell me what was wrong, he said " I'll send your prescription hope you feel better" and walked out of the exam room.I found that unprofessional
It was MAGICAL, I was very sick, I am was expecting be there for 3 o more hours I was seeing in 45 minutes, the complete Urgent Care Staff very professional and Dr Jenkes ? on the medication for my faster recovery. A MILLION THANKS TO YOU GUYS .
Although I was told there was a 2 hour plus wait in the morning, I was able to get right in later in the day. Regestering in on my phone was challanging and not user friendly for me. The nurse and PA I saw were efficient, friendly, and knowledgable. Overall, it was a nice experience.
