I don't think there's a better personal training experience out there. No matter what your goals are and what shape you're in when you start, Jackie has the knowledge to get you results. I've worked out with her through injuries and health challenges and she was always kind, funny, accepting, and knowledgeable. The workouts were challenging, but I believed in myself and achieved more because Jackie believed in me.
Jackie is so great with injury rehab. She’s gifted at assessing the issue & targeting specific stretches & strength training to support recovery fast. I had a neck, hip/low back issues after a car accident (AFTER pt was done) that she quickly helped me recover from.
If you want results, this is the place to be. Not only will you receive strength training, flexibility training, but also great nutritional advice to help with weight management. Everyone receives a tailored personal approach based on their age, experience, current condition with achievable goal setting and lots of enthusiasm to help you get where you need to be, and to maintain. This is the place to be if you’re someone who is aging and want to stay active and productive.
