We called Triple-T Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing for a hvac issue at our home in Main Street in Spanish Fork. AC was leaking water all over our floor! Come to find out our AC was freezing!?! James was extremely knowledgeable in his explanations. The problem orginated from a plugged filter. James changed the filter and told us to run it after 6 hours. They tuned up our HVAC system and caught a few small issues early, and kept us informed about what was happening along the way. Triple-T responded quickly and completed the work the same day. The visit felt professional and well handled from start to finish. The pricing discussion felt fair, and we never felt rushed into a decision. The workmanship was solid, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. They made the process easy to understand from start to finish.
