“Dr. Beckstrand was great. As a new patient he was nice even about medication that he didn’t like me on and wasn’t mean about it but talked and worked it out with kindness and explained. They have been polite and I was surprised how quick they have been. I am use to waiting awhile but they were quick and also helpful. Had some complications with my card not working but they were great about trying it a couple of times and different ways till it worked. Everyone had great care about being nice and helpful.“

“I went into the Urgent Care with a cough & sore throat that I had for nearly 4 months. My plan was to ask for a cough suppressant & go on my way. Luckily for me, I saw Alexis Jones, Physician Assistant. She examined me thoroughly, asked me thoughtful questions, and came up with a couple of possible treatment options. I really appreciated that she engaged me in my own care. That is a rarity these days- and frankly why most of my doctors are at Granger. Thank you for treating a patient and not a symptom, Alexis!“

“I saw Abigail Spainhower a few months ago and she was so attentive and kind! I had some concerns about going on semiglutide and she answered each one, and then when she didn't know an exact answers she researched for me and let me know later. She was super professional and knowledgeable.

Some feedback on billing, I never received a bill, then was called to be told I was late on my payment. So maybe some tightening up on billing process would help make this clinic better.“

“I like to go to this clinic since 2022. I went to that clinic for the first time when I was pregnant with my first baby. They treated me very well and today in my second pregnancy I also continued there with my prenatal control. I am only 2 weeks and 4 days away from giving birth. I gave birth and until today I have no complaints. The nurses are very attentive and super charismatic apart from the gynecologists since I have had both women and men in my consultations and they do a good job. I recommend this clinic every time I can because I know that the workers are very friendly and provide excellent service, perhaps from time to time someone who is a bit grumpy touches, but for one person you can't complain about everyone in the clinic ??‍♀️“
