It was such a relief for me when I first went and it wasn't just pills and more pills. Dr. Grose put a spinal cord stimulator in my back to help try scrambling pain signals and with that and some meds I could manage my pain and it changed my life!! I see Andrew Ward for appointments and I haven't had any problems at all! They are both very good at what they do ✌?

I had been a patient there for almost eight years. For personal reasons I switched providers. It was within the same medical group (Steward) both the doctor and location. It was closer to where I live as well. After a year I decided to go back to the former location and doctor. The staff told me I couldn't do that. "Can't be switching back and forth." Really? I always thought it should be my choice who I see. AMF!

The drs are great no problems there. The policy of being 10 minutes late and having to reschedule. If they are going to implement this policy then they need to have the same expectations from their staff of being on time at the exact time of appointment. Ive gone in for multiple appointments and they don't start on the exact time of the appointment. I understand this because appointments run late, and they need to have quality of care, and I don't complain.
