This is the ultimate care-giving hospital. I've never EVER in my life experienced this degree of cleanliness, professionalism and responsiveness at any other hospital or medical facility. There is nothing I can say that they could improve. Zero. If ever I am in need of hospital level care, I will insist on Holy Cross Jordan Valley Hospital.
I came in for an emergency ultrasound. Unfortunately there wasn't an ultrasound tech there since it was Sunday, but luckily they had one on call unlike the holy cross hospital in Lehi. So we had to wait about an hour, but our nurse was awesome. He brought me blankets and tons of snacks and water and kept checking on me and making sure I was "pampered" haha. The ultrasound tech lady was also very nice once she got here and very upfront about anything that was happening. I wasn't there for very long but overall I felt they took good care of me.
