My 86 year old mother is very fussy. She is insistent that I find her the best doctor possible just to ignore their recommendations. Dr. Sheffield has that doctor. He is so very patient with her and never gets his ego involved. He explains the reasoning behind his recommendation and then accepts her decision.
This is hands down THE BEST urgent care clinic I've ever been to. I've been here four times now, and the waits are never long, they do a quick and efficient assessment, and I get my prescriptions within 10 minutes of them prescribing it. The front desk woman was especially kind this last trip. I wish I could remember her name, but she said she was from Thailand, and took time to look up the meaning of my daughter's name for her while she was sick, as well as giving her a juice.Comparatively, I have been to two different IHC clinics now with terrible service and misdiagnoses. Dr. Zucker and a lot of the therapists there are really nice! They don't judge you for things, and always try to get to the bottom of problems. The nurses are quite nice as well, and it's always nice to chat with them.
