The eye exam went great! But afterwards whoever thinks they are in charge and above talking to a customer really upset me. I just wanted a simple explanation of what insurance said but he couldn't get away to talk to me instead had his receptionist ( who was good just didn't understand it either). Very bad business etiquette.
Very professional, felt comfortable and they were all so sweet, the girl ( forgot name ) who helped me pick out glasses was so sweet .
