“Bair Heating and Air installed my heating and air system in 2019. I had been out of town for a few weeks and came back to find my home at 83 degrees. I always turn the thermostat to 78 in the summer when I leave so I was confused. I turned the thermostat to 74 but nothing happened!! My daughter happened by and she tried various settings as well. Finally about 4:30pm Friday afternoon I called Doug Bair. About 6:30pm, jooafter hours on a Friday night Doug returned my call. He walked me through circuit breakers etc. he had me go to the basement and look for a read light at the bottom of the unit…. No light!! He then told me to look for a switch, found it, turned it on and immediately it started working!!!I thought this was amazing service especially on a Friday evening after hours!!!! “Woke up Saturday morning to a cold house. My son called Flow Right Heating. They said they would be here in an hour. They came and diagnosed the problem. Our 33 year old furnace was done.They showed up on Monday morning and worked all day. At 6:00 I felt heat blowing in my home again. The price was half what I thought it be. Their clean up was amazing. They are a 5 star + company.“
