My existing tankless water heater had finally died. I contacted them Friday. They had someone come out the next business day. A half hour later they got me a quote. The next morning the new unit was installed. I have been very impressed with their expedience.

These five stars are for Mitchell, (and I would give him 10 if I could)! He was the most knowledgeable, skilled, and honest customer service tech I have had in a long time! And I been around quite a while! It is hard to find employees like him anymore. Please Westerner Mechanical Mangement make it worth his while and keep him part of your team! He completed the service correctly, and completely, in one day, and I am so grateful! Thank you, Mitchell, for being so great at what you do!
