Service desk was friendly and helpful. Tyler, the technician, was knowledgeable and patient and willing to explain what was going on sufficient that I could complete other repairs myself. Excellent service - well worth the service fee!
Advanced is the best! They are always trying their best to help and figure out the problem. The technician Matt was super nice and very easy to talk to. Overall, great people, and great experience working with them!
My furnace was having problems so I called Advanced Heating. They came out the next day, replaced parts and had it running like new. Furnace is working great since they came and fixed it. I'm very impressed with the quality of their employees. We actually had them come out twice, but no matter who showed up, they were knowledgeable, courteous and explained the problem and what they did in a way I could understand. I get my furnace filters there too, and highly recommend them!
