The technicians were well groomed, polite, friendly and efficient. The carpets and tile looked very good when they were done and they do guarantee their work. I did deduct a star because they were easily the most expensive carpet cleaning service I have used. Even with a promotional discount I spent more than $100 over what I have spent in the past for the same service with other companies.
