Carpet Cleaning in Provo

Hello Clean Carpet Cleaning

602 E 600 N, Provo

Tue 8AM - 8PM

“This was my first time ever having my carpets in my home professionally cleaned. I had looked into it a little bit and was nervous for the prices as most companies I had looked into were giving me quotes nearing $1000 dollars and that is just not doable for my family. I saw an ad for this company on social media and I reached out to get a quote. I was astonished at the affordability! I booked right away and they were very good at answering all of my questions in a timely fashion. Our carpet cleaner was James and he was very kind and understanding. Made us feel comfortable and interacted with us making it feel like old friends. He was also very kind with my kids and that's always a plus. He did a great job for having a family of 4 in the house at the time, especially them being 2 and 4. He even offered an alternative cleaning agent upon learning one of my kids has allergies. He was patient and efficient and we are super happy with the results. Highly recommend for amazing quality that is budget friendly.”

Boss Systems Carpet Cleaning

396 E 1130 South, Provo

“Boss is easy to make an appointment with. The turnaround is quick and they do a good job with the carpets. I don’t like the gas and waste water removal fee fees tacked on. I also don’t like that they tell you a certain price for a room, And then the cleaners changed the price based on the size of rooms . I have used them several times for Apartments. The rooms are not big and some are very small, which should even out any differences in a room being a little bigger. I also had requested a discount beforehand because we had just had another apartment cleaned a week and a half before and have used them several times in the past. They wouldn’t give it to me. But then after I had these carpets cleaned, they emailed a discount on the next one. But it expires before I will probably be able to use it. As we cannot know when tenants will move in and out. Overall, good service but a few business things I wished they’d change.”
