Very impressed with FIX! They came out to give me a quote the same day I called, then were able to come the next morning to start mitigation work on our basement (for mold/water damage). Jake & his crew were communicative and thorough.
These guys were very responsive on the weekend when we had a flood in the kitchen overnight and woke up to water in the morning. They offered to come in right away and start working. Rennan was there from beginning to finish and super helpful, communicative, and friendly. He always told us when he would arrive and what to expect. They even accommodated for another company to come in and do some additional work between their work when needed.
Very thorough and great communication. Problem mitigated completely. They took great care in protecting my floors during the haul away process. In general, great guys and a wonderful company to do business with!
