Rich is great. He really loves what he does. Very knowledgeable about all things carpet. He is extremely smart and that is seen with his cleaning tool. He customized it so its power is amazing. We have used him a several times and always surprised at what he pulls out of the carpet. We have a cat and using him every year really seems to reset the house and helps my allergies. Can't recommend him highly enough.
