Just had our carpets cleaned and couldn't be happier. They called when they were 20 minutes out, showed up on time and hit the budget perfectly!All the carpets are clean and they have a customer for life, THANKS!

Amazing work from these guys!! I have 2 little ones. Who are red heads.Of course, they have allergies, and break out in rashes very easily.So, I haven't been able to let my kids play on the carpets all that much.Before we had kids, we had animals...Once the kids came, the cats definitely let us know how they felt about it! By urinating everywhere, and digging at the carpet by the door frames. We also have an old dog in kidney failure. Who has made a lot of accidents, as well.Also(unfortunately), my wife was raised that animals are family. This was our first time using B & R Chem-Dry. We are very happy with their service. They arrived within their arrival time window. Their communication was professional and timely. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Our carpet has not been professionally cleaned in over 4 years and they got all spots out and our carpet looks like new. We will definitely use them again.
