“I don’t even know where to begin with this carpet cleaning company!! There just isn’t enough praise, but let me try!
After a really gross sewage situation, I called Robert to see what he could do. I was extremely stressed about the biohazard and probably pretty relentless trying to make him understand just how uncomfortable I was with the situation. I needed reassurance that this was going to be handled properly and that every precaution would be taken to get things back to a safe, clean condition.
He sent one of his technicians, Leo, to my house. We’ve had Leo here before, and he happens to be incredibly meticulous and hardworking. I was in a bit of a panic and needed to know that this situation was going to be taken seriously and handled the absolute right way.
Robert ended up coming to my house himself to personally assess what needed to be done. He went above and beyond by removing the old carpet pad and taking the time to thoroughly steam clean, shampoo, and steam clean again. He didn't just show up, do the bare minimum, and move on to the next job. He took the time to understand my concerns and make sure the work was done right.
AND THEN, because apparently going above and beyond is just how this man operates, I asked him about a particular stain in my living room, and he offered to take care of it for me at NO EXTRA CHARGE! Who does that anymore?! That right there speaks volumes about his character, his work ethic, and the pride he takes in what he does.
THIS is what an incredible work ethic looks like! Not looking for ways to do the least amount of work for the most money, but looking for ways to take care of your customers and leave them feeling good about the service they received. Robert absolutely nailed that!
When you're dealing with something as disgusting and stressful as sewage contamination, you want someone who understands that it's about more than just cleaning a carpet. It's about your peace of mind, your home, and knowing you can trust the people you're letting into your space.
Robert and Leo delivered on all of that and then some! Their professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to go the extra mile, and genuine concern for making sure I was comfortable throughout the process meant more to me than I can explain.
I own a cleaning business myself, so I recognize hard work, attention to detail, and a good work ethic when I see it. I don't throw praise around just for the sake of it. I know the difference between someone simply doing a job and someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work and the people they're serving.
I am VERY, VERY happy with the service I received, and I would recommend this company without hesitation!
