Lauren is an absolute expert. I jokingly call her the “Hair Messiah,” but the results speak for themselves. My natural hair has always been stubborn and fragile, yet by trusting her expertise and consistently following the customized plan she created for me, my hair has completely transformed. The quality of Intertwined is exceptional. I recently wore my 24-inch extensions for an entire year before they needed to be replaced (see the attached picture!), which speaks volumes about both the premium quality of the hair, and Lauren’s meticulous installation and care. Every appointment I leave loving my color, amazed by how soft and healthy my hair feels, and grateful for products that truly deliver on their promises. From the second we walked in, the front desk staff was amazing. They were kind, helpful, and welcoming. The waiting area was beautiful and had so many fun things to look at — hair products, accessories, hats, bags, perfume, etc. even refreshments.

The salon itself was clean, simple, and had that warm, inviting feeling that makes you want to stay.
Brooklyn was the absolute best. She cut mine and my little girls hair back to back.

She gave my 3-year-old daughter her very first haircut- this is no easy task but Brooklyn was so patient and managed to be quick as well as detail oriented. That alone was impressive, but even more she made it such a special experience. She took the time to ask my daughter what she wanted before getting started, giving her a full wash and scalp massage as well as the haircut my little girl asked for- finished with a roller brush blow dry. As an added touch they even provided snacks during her service. My little girl felt so special pampered.

During my appointment brooklyn was just as wonderful. She worked quickly but didn’t rush — she was so meticulous and intentional. She listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered precisely what I had hoped for. She was friendly, professional, genuine, personable, and truly is amazing at what she does.

She listened to what I wanted and she discussed why/why not my inspo pics would work with my hair and gave me her opinion on what would be the best option.
