“I can't say enough good things about Rita that works here at the JCP Salon. Her knowledge and professionalism are unmatched. She has been cutting my hair for almost 3 years now, and she also does other members of my family's hair. My hair cuts are probably on the simple side for her, but I have seen many clients work that she has completed, and they are amazing. This includes expert color knowledge, great perms, bouffant (I did have to look up how to spell this one. lol) styles for the older clients, and so much more.
