“I’m going to try my best to take the friendship aspect out of this review, because I’ve known the owners, Kristen and Dallan, for many years. All I can say about them personally is that they have hearts of gold and will do just about anything for not only their friends, but their clients as well.
That aside, I can honestly tell you that in this day and age, especially as a guy, it can be difficult to find a barbershop where you consistently get the quality and service you’re looking for. There seems to be a barbershop on every corner, almost like a Walmart, but finding one where you actually feel taken care of is a different story.
Since coming to House of Flint, I’ve been impressed not only by the owners, but by the entire staff. Everyone is professional, welcoming, and genuinely nice. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I’ve even watched the other stylists interact with their clients, and they take the time to explain everything, make sure they understand exactly what the client wants, and ensure they’re happy with the results before they leave. Whether it’s a cut, color, or anything else, they genuinely seem to care about getting it right.
That’s honestly pretty rare to find.
I would recommend House of Flint to any of my family or friends without hesitation. Whether you’re working with someone as skilled, talented, and friendly as Dallan or anyone else on the staff, you’re going to be in great hands and won’t regret giving them a try.
