Took my two kids in to get simple trim up haircut. Angela did my son and she did a great job. Was really great with him and he looked fantastic after. Kelsey, on the other hand was kind of rude. She needed me to hold my daughters head, even though my daughter was holding completely still. I got my phone out so I could move money over to pay her and she kept telling me to put my phone away, and when I told her I was just moving money over she told me I could wait till after the haircut. I am a 30 year old woman and there’s just some things you don’t say to your customers. She talked to me like I was a child and her comment really rubbed me the wrong way. Never had a bad cut at this salon. I have been going there regularly for five years. My favorite stylist is Zoe. The Great Clips app is also very helpful to time visits and check in.
