“I had mastectomy reconstruction repair on Tuesday and today I was feeling so gross and beaten down because I can't wash or style my hair. I called a couple of locations to see if they could wash and braid my hair and one location was full, one location was beyond rude, and then I called this location and they were absolute angels. Both stylists in the store were beyond kind and accommodating. The girl who washed and braided my hair, had to a secretly been an angel! I know my hair was disgusting and I know it was not easy to do especially with all my pumps and drains and me having to be so awkward but she treated me like I was not a burden and like she enjoyed helping me. She did an amazing job on my hair and when I'm all better I will definitely be going back to her for all of my haircuts. And beyond thankful to you for your kindness and your accommodations today. The women working in this store today took me from All out breakdown tears to smiles, and then to happy tears, they made me feel human, they made me feel feminine and they made me feel seen.
