I had a good experience overall. The salon was very clean, the stylist was friendly, and they were able to get my two boys in with very little notice, which I really appreciated. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I showed the stylist a picture of the haircuts I wanted for my boys, and she let me know she didn’t know how to do that particular style. I’m actually very grateful she was honest instead of attempting it and potentially messing up their hair, but it was still disappointing since I already had the appointment and needed their haircuts done that day.

I put off haircuts until the last minute and then always go in with no real plan while just hoping for the best. Jessie did a correction for me a few months ago and I loved it, so it made sense to see her when the time again. I got in super quickly, she worked her magic and even did a little more than just a basic rough dry. When I was finally able to style my hair the next day, it was exactly what I wanted and have waited for for so long to find someone who knew what I needed when I couldn't fully explain.
We even had such enjoyable conversation. I'm an unabashed introvert agorophobe who typically avoids people at all costs, but this was just chatting with a friend.
