“The wait time was pretty long and the cost isn’t cheap but they do the best they can after all it is all walk ins like an ER and only one vet to take care of all the animals. They took my cat Gorducha to the back where I couldn’t go with her because there’s only 2 exam rooms which were full. The Vet (don’t remember his name unfortunately) came out to talk to me himself to explain he needed to sedate her to flush out her mouth and pull the infected tooth if there was one. I really appreciated the fact that he came to talk to me himself rather than send a tech with the information. There are many bad reviews on here about the vets not caring and giving bad treatment to the animals but that’s not what i experienced. I want to say thank you to the vet and the techs that treated my cat that night. My cat was in so much pain she was running away and hiding anytime I tried to give her food for almost 2 days. But once I got her back home she was feeling so much better she ate a whole bowl of dry food. ❤️ thank you pet urgent care ❤️“
