We had a leak in our bathtub faucet that was bleeding water at an astonishing rate. I called Smelscers and requested an appointment. They were booked for a few days (which is understandable, it's early winter and stuff often breaks when there is a sudden change in the weather) so I was made a tentative appointment for a few days later.Because the issue needed to be fixed as soon as possible we called another plumbing company. They were able to come out the next morning. The guy came out and looked at our issue. He attempted to change out some parts, but he concluded that the whole thing needed to be replaced.
