“We have had such a wonderful experience building our home with Kenmark Homes! From the very beginning through completion, we felt well taken care of and were extremely pleased with the entire process. Communication was excellent, everyone we worked with was professional and helpful, and the attention to detail throughout the build really stood out.
Shane and Gunter were wonderful to work with and were always available to answer any and all of our questions along the way. After we moved in, Gunter truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our home was exactly as it should be and that we were completely happy and satisfied.
The warranty follow-up with Colleen has also been stellar. Kenmark has continued to be responsive and attentive after closing, which says so much about the company and the pride they take in their homes.
Most importantly, we are incredibly happy with the quality of our home. It feels like a solid, well-built custom home, and the craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident throughout. I am extremely particular and set the bar quite high from the very beginning when it came to our expectations for the build, and the Kenmark team exceeded those expectations every step of the way.
We absolutely love our home and would highly recommend Kenmark Homes to anyone considering building!”
