Service Tech BJ spent a couple hours replacing the pump. Then he called me back and said that it wasn’t the pump malfunctioning, it was just a minor electrical issue. This made the price considerably cheaper. He didn’t have to tell me any of this as I wouldn’t have ever known the difference I commend the company and BJ for being honest and professional. Great job!

Great, quick service and reasonably priced! This was our first time using Garrett and they will be our go to. They came out same day and fixed the issue. The technician took the time to explain everything and answer my questions.

We have had Garrett service our septic for 3 years now and have always been very impressed with their customer service! Today Nicole and Cori went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful! Thank you so much for always being there for us!
