“I have used Accurate Rooging Systems on three different occasions, twice for roof repairs and on the third occasion for a full roof replacement. The repairs were completed per schedule, done well, and at reasonable cost. The full roof replacement was required by the new buyers' lending agent before their loan would be approved. I contacted David Avery (ARS) for help because of the short window before closing. He not only completed the job well before closing (no need to extend contract date), but also worked with the new buyers to have input into their shingle color selection choice. I am thankful to David Avery and ARS for being an integral part in the selling of my home.“

He was incredibly easy to work with, helped us stay on top of our insurance company, helped us figure out what we needed to do, vs. wanted to do and was more than affordable! Working with insurance is a mess, he could have tried to overcharge but he was realistic and helped us get everything we needed approved so we could finally get our house liveable again. We have very unique tile that needed replacement and he went above and beyond to find an exact match, even paying himself for a few non exact matches and didn't add the cost of that to our bill. On our scheduled date, the crew showed up on time, explain what they were going to do, went over the plan that Jeremy created and got to work.

The worked efficiently, while checking their work from the inside and out. They found several issues that were not on the original plan. They came and showed us these issues and told us what they were going to do and did it. When they were finished they showed us what was done, cleaned up everything and reminded us of the warranty.
