Being first time house owner, this was the first time roof change after the hail storm. Ken from advanced roofing was super helpful- he walked us thru the process and dealt with our insurance too (right from being present with the adjuster, talking with the insurance to getting the money released) . The roof change was quick - they were in and out in few hours (compared to others in the community who took almost the entire day).We had solar panels on the roof - they took care of removing the solar panels and installing them back after the new roof was installed.The entire process - roof, gutters, solar panels, window panels was hassle free. Ken and Advanced Roofing are great. Very professional. We used them with a prior property and were quick to use them again with our current home. We have also had family and friends use Advanced Roofing. He was extremely thorough and worked diligently with our insurance and insurance adjuster. Took care of us throughout the process. His team was prompt and thorough with the install and very meticulous with clean up. I would highly recommend Ken and his team at Advanced Roofing.
