“Service Tech BJ spent a couple hours replacing the pump. Then he called me back and said that it wasn’t the pump malfunctioning, it was just a minor electrical issue. This made the price considerably cheaper. He didn’t have to tell me any of this as I wouldn’t have ever known the difference I commend the company and BJ for being honest and professional. Great job!“
