“First time visit at petco. Crystal and Dr. Biden our were excellent and informative. They were attentive to my cat and the service was great. The one thing I did not like was that they suggested an x-ray, which I would have liked to get done if it didn't cost $500 just for the x-ray. This price is absolutely ludicrous. I would expect that from an emergency vet but not a regular one. This price is not feasible for clients looking for pet care, and beyond what I am willing to pay. So the service here is great, I like that I got a coupon for a free exam, but the prices are high here and I will not be returning due to this. I want to emphasize again the service and people were great but the prices are not affordable.“

“Penny Paws is so convenient and easy to access, whether it’s on location or at one of their clinics! We are very happy with the professional attention our little Jinx receives every time!“

“I took my 5 month old schnauzer for her first haircut. I was so nervous bc she is a very hyper puppy but they reassured me she would do great. Daisy was the groomer that day and did a FABULOUS job! We definitely plan on using them from here on out.“

“We typically board Indy, our shepherd mix, at the Chisholm Trail location. However, we dropped the ball for Christmas and didn't reserve her spot in time. Thankfully, the folks there were able to call the Alliance location to ask about availability and we were able to make a last minute reservation.

We feel great leaving Indy at PetSuites - and we're pleased to now have two trustworthy locations available to us! Indy is not great with other dogs, so we especially love that PetSuites offers options for individual play so that Indy can still receive playtime and care. That means a lot to us, and gives us peace of mind when we're away.

Indy is so extremely soft and smells excellent after her full bath. You never would have guessed she just spent a week in a kennel. We love getting pictures of Indy in her portal and reading her progress report after each stay. The individual play and extremely reasonable prices make PetSuites our go-to boarding facility! “I brought my two stinky dogs, and they came back squeaky-clean. One of my Dog is aggressive on the grooming table, but they manage to trim him. Although there are some parts on his legs that are not trimmed, considering my dog's behavior, they tried their best, and I am satisfied with their job.“

“I CANNOT recommend this place enough! I just rescued a dog who had really bad mats and took him there for grooming. The groomer was so patient and kind and took their time with my dog and made him look a whole lot better. Everyone there was super nice and made me and my dog feel super welcomed!“

“This place has always had my back when I had an emergency to where my dog needed to be boarded or day care really quick. My dog came back with his bath and nails nicely done.“

Now we have a new puppy and decided to come back to the clinic! We are super excited to be back. Dolly loves the staff.

Update: Our Aussie unfortunately got pancreatitis this holiday season and might have found a potential heart issue during our ER visit. Of course we came to follow up with our regular vet here at Colleyville Animal Clinic. Always great service with the front desk and the vet answers all our questions, especially when we need to make a decision on how to proceed in the future.“

“We lost our dog Sugar today. Sanford Oaks was so unbelievably kind to us and our dog. They helped carry her inside because she was having difficulty walking. They were gentle with her. They even gave her a plate of whipped cream to eat. Everyone there knew how devastated we were loosing our beloved girl. I cannot tell you how grateful we are.“

“They were very kind and put my dog and I at ease. Dr Moore was great and gave me logical suggestions that would not add lots of time to our routine. They even followed through with the followup call to be sure he was doing well after his shots (our usual vet retired and they even got all his vet records).“

“After my vet retired suddenly, I was in a panic. I found Mellina online and easily booked an appointment. They are great communicaters and made me feel good about choosing them. They have a really nice set up and the staff is incredible. They took my dog to another room for her shots etc, which I appreciated because it stresses me out to see her stressed. ? If you're a high-strung dog guardian with spoiled loved ones, Don't waste any more time searching and just book with Mellina. (I saw Dr. Kelleher and tech Corey.)“

“First time customer, with our 15+ yr old shih-tzu, which is also partially blind with cataracts. Referred by close friends that also utilize this facility. I checked and prescreened the facility, and all went well. Dropped off for 8 day stay, no calls or surprises while out. Upon pickup, pup was in good spirits, with no notable change in appetite or weight loss.

Rcvd a good report of her stay, and that she was able to intermingle with the other older dogs, and got along well.

We will call that a success and look to utilize again in the future. Thank you to the staff. -Ava“

“We've taken our 2 large dogs here multiple times now for lodging and got the suite room for them to share. They seem to like it and the staff has been great. The bath option is key though because they do a really good job and our dogs come home smelling great!“

“My dog tore both of his ACLs and had surgery here a year ago. The prices were very affordable compared to other places, and Dr. Rickords was so kind throughout the whole process. My dog Apollo is actually happy to go to the vet, he doesn’t shake or get scared at all. Dr. Rickords walked us through the entire procedure and recovery, which was so comforting and made me feel like they truly care about my pup, not just the money. When Apollo had a bad reaction to his stitches, I called, and they told us to come in right away, no stress, no judgment. He’s now thriving, running, and playing again!

We also brought our other dog, Mack, here. Sadly, his body wasn’t producing red blood cells (which they caught), and we had to put him down. We were devastated, but the team was so compassionate the tech even got teary eyed with us. They even sent a card sending their condolences that everyone signed. It meant so much to see how much they care.

Apollo is reactive to big dogs, and they always let us come through the back door and call us when it’s clear to bring him in. They truly go above and beyond.

Even with our 17-year-old cat, they completely understand that she’s an inside–outside cat and don’t lecture us like most vets do, they just work with her and with us.

I bring all of my animals here and don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else unless it’s an emergency. They’re truly the best from the front desk, techs, and vets!“

“Morgan and Heather were amazing. I brought a kitten in that had a fish hook stuck in her leg and paw. I was doing deliveries for the Tarrant County, Food Bank and found this kitten in a neighborhood I was delivering in, the poor dear was crying for help in a creek behind a trailer park. My best friend arrived before I did to let them know what was going on. Everyone acted fast , I placed the kitten into a loving arms, not sure who she was but part of the team at this wonderful vet office, they whisked her away to safety and were able to safely remove the fish hook by clipping it. The doctor visit was $66, the anabiotic‘s was around $36, and the pain medicine I think was $18 or maybe I have those two prices flipped… But either way it was a fantastic first time experience.“
