My pup Kaia absolutely loves her time at daycare here! She has so much fun playing with the other pups and staff. The staff here is absolutely wonderful from the front desk to the ones attending to your fur babies. The report cards I receive every time are so wonderful and I look forward to them every time! Everyone here is wonderful — attentive, gentle, and clearly in it because they love animals! The front desk staff are warm and organized, know my dogs by name, and they've made every visit easy. Our groomer...I can't say enough great things about her; my dogs come home looking beautiful and, better yet, genuinely happy, and I'm so grateful for that! The vets are thorough, honest, and clearly care — I trust them completely. And boarding: I hate leaving my babies, I really do, but if I have to, this is the only place I'll take them. We love Resort for Pets in Haslet! Bud recently completed a multi-night stay, and the experience was great. We added extra services like nightly tuck-ins, cuddle time, and weekend play time, which made all the difference. The report cards were amazing, filled with detailed updates and photos of Bud looking so happy and playing with the staff. The team members are always polite, positive, and deeply understanding that rescued dogs need time to adjust to a new boarding environment.
