The doctors are always professional, helpful, and compassionate. Dr. Hammer is the absolute best, as he is caring and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer any questions and make each pet feel comfortable. Dr. Metzler is amazing, as she takes her time to get to know you and your pet, whether a puppy or an old dog. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient, and they are always kind and helpful, even when it is busy.
Our cat had suddenly started limping a lot and we were really worried about him, so we brought him here. Despite not having an appointment, the staff was kind enough to work us in on the same day. Everyone was so compassionate. Our cat tends to get really skittish around strangers so we were worried about how he would handle it, but the staff were excellent at handling him. He got some medication and is doing much better now!
I just got a hedgehog & I brought her here for her first check up with me and the people were very nice, the vet was knowledgeable and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about owning a hedgehog (which she said we were doing a perfect job!) and they were inexpensive for an exotic pet. I HIGHLY recommend this vet clinic to everyone, not just exotics! Definitely coming back & I’m happy to hear miss Rosie is healthy and in good hands 🫶🏻🥹
I can’t thank Surgeon Karen Metzler and Dr. Scott Hammer enough for the exceptional care they gave my dog. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Hammer wasted no time and found the source of the problem in a matter of minutes. Although the severity of the situation was alarming, and the outcome was uncertain, Dr. Karen Metzler did an outstanding job, the surgery went well and Lucy’s recovery has been going very well. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and treat every pet as if they were their own. I’m so grateful for their skill, kindness, and dedication.
