I have been at the location I am currently renting for a little over 3 years and cannot say enough great things about this property and the owners/management. Excellent customer service when needed, very helpful management, and great communication! Highly recommend!
Amanda and her entire team are the best. I have rented houses, apartments, and duplexes over 20 years. They are the best landlords. We are in the lindale location and absolutely love it. It’s quiet and we feel safe. We have been in the three bedroom for a year and moved to the two bedroom for the last two years when I had one daughter get married. Karli takes care of you when you have anything that needs maintenance. All of her guys that come thru are professional and very nice. It’s affordable and my electric bill even in summer with the ac on 67 is 150 or less. We love it!
I rented from the Hillards for the first time in 2014! We moved for work! Loved them, the space and the service so much that I came back to them after we returned to the area! When it was time for us to move out of our third space we had with them in 2020 after our forever home was ready, we actually kept our storage with them because…we just didn’t want to leave! The service is top notch! The business component is honest! Homes and properties alike are next level. All office staff is communicative and reliable and super helpful!
