“5+, The groomer, Vanessa was very friendly and explained what she would be doing, particularly since it was Jack's first grooming. Vanessa did a great job and Jack look's great. Regarding Heather's Mobile Pet Salon, also 5+. It was easy to make the appointment and dispatcher was very prompt in responding to my questions. I think the website could use a "remodeling." Although it is comprehensive in gathering information, it (the website not staff) lacks intuitive navigation. But back on the positive side all and all a pleasant experience for my wife Nancy and I, and Jack. The photo is of Vanessa and Jack.“

“We have big dogs with “sensitive” paws and Cypress Falls does a great job grooming them and trimming their nails. They always smell great after and the dogs get excited every time we pull into the parking lot.“
