“The urgent care staff and attending PA were absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, they were kind, efficient, and reassuring. They quickly performed swabs for flu, COVID, and strep, explained everything clearly, and got the results back promptly. Once one of the tests came back positive, they immediately offered treatment and sent the necessary medications to a 24-hour pharmacy so we could start her meds right away. Their professionalism, compassion, and quick action made a stressful situation so much easier. We are truly grateful for the excellent care we received.“

“I had a last minute appointment with them for my dog Cookie and it was no issue, everyone here was super helpful, friendly and I did like how they acted with my dog. Overall the vibe here was relaxing and calm with helped out my dog and put me in an easy state while they had him. I will definitely be back with all my pets in the future. Keep it up ??

“This pediatric clinic has been such a great find. The staff is very kind, helpful, and always informative. The front desk ladies, Jessica and Alandra, were so friendly and welcoming. They made the check-in process easy and stress-free. Nurse Practitioner Grace was amazing with the kids, very patient, and explained everything clearly. She made sure we understood what was going on and gave us helpful information. Another big plus for us is that they accept Medicaid. Overall, the clinic feels warm and professional, and I highly recommend it to any parent looking for great customer service and care.“

“I almost didn't come because of the negative reviews. However, I had a very pleasant experience and would come again. I arrived on a Tuesday morning a little after 10am and was out the door by 11:30am. I was a walk in and Kassandra took my info. I had to fill out a quick form and provide my ID and insurance card. About 10 minutes later I was called back to the receptionist desk, received my cards back and given a tablet to sign off on some more things. About 10-15 minutes later I was called back to see a doctor. Once taken back I noticed it was an open clean area with a desk and several patient rooms. The patient room I was taken into was also clean. After my vitals were taken by Haley, I was seen by David (NP). I'm confident in his diagnosis and was prescribed medicine. Haley and David were friendly and asked if I had additional questions after being seen.“
