The provider was friendly, nice and thorough. The front desk staff and Medical assistant were considerate, efficient and helpful. There was minimal wait time, so while I was feeling bad, I did not have a long wait.
Customer service was 10/10 this is my experience with the person at the front desk when I went there. She took her time to get all the right information to deal with my work injury. She smiles through the entire process. The doctor was so nice and very professional about every thing. I can’t remember either of their names, I was very satisfied with the care they provided.
I've been to this location 2 times. The staff is polite and even though I had set up my appointments for a certain time (ex 8:45 am, 9 am) I was seen way sooner than that. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The 2nd time I went I had actually forgotten my wallet and ID at home. Because I was a returning patient, everything was on file and I didn't have any issues getting seen.
