I almost didn't come because of the negative reviews. However, I had a very pleasant experience and would come again. I arrived on a Tuesday morning a little after 10am and was out the door by 11:30am. I was a walk in and Kassandra took my info. I had to fill out a quick form and provide my ID and insurance card. About 10 minutes later I was called back to the receptionist desk, received my cards back and given a tablet to sign off on some more things. Was there on 11/30/2022. Arrived about 7:45am. Opens at 8:00am people were already lined up. I was number 3. Went as a walk in. I think the first 2 had appointments not sure , but after that walk ins were being told to come back at 1:00pm. They called me back at about 8:30am. I was in and out. They did covid, flu and strep test. Got result and called in my meds. I was back in bed in less than 3 hours. The staff and service was knowledgeable and magnificent.

I have visited this location at least 4 times in a 12 month period and had nothing but pleasant experiences. I was very surprised to see the negative reviews from the other 2 people! Ms. Chen is always professional and very attentive to my issues. She listens and suggest the best treatment/medication for my condition. Her staff is always nice.....especially a young lady named Lisa. Lisa is very pleasant and always friendly and professional. As long as Ms Chen is there, I couldn't see myself going anywhere else. I was just there last night 4/25/19 right before closing and they took the time to treat me and never made me feel rushed. I would definitely recommend you give...read full review
