“I Hired Smithco to paint 3 buildings in the condominium complex where I am the lead maintenance. This was after we hired another company that did a subpar job on a fourth building. Macy Smith had an eager can do attitude from the first meeting we had. His professionalism extended even to his workers. They worked quickly & efficiently for the duration of the project. The part that causes me to give his company a 5 star rating is that when it came time to go inspect his work & sign off on them, I came around the corner to find Mr. smith on his hands & knees in the bushes picking up some small very minor paint chips that had fallen behind the bushes. These chip were so small anyone tasked with clean up would have missed them. However his commitment to great service & his eye for detail caught them & to have a business owner get down on his hands & knees to pick up something so minor was quit frankly impressive. I have experienced this level of work & eye for detail with each encounter I have had with Smithco construction. As you can imagine there have been quite a few. This is a one of a kind company in my opinion. I wish there were more like it. However until there are I will be using Smithco construction for my future construction needs as they are unsurpassed.”

“I am very pleased with every aspect of my experience working with Scott at Crenshaw Landscapes. My rental home has a sunken living room that was taking on a few pints of water with heavy rains. An engineer I hired advised me that my foundation was not failing but than I needed to have the back and side yard regraded to direct rain water away from the foundation. I interviewed several specialists in the field of land grading and redirecting water.<br><br>I hired an unassociated company to apply a waterproof barrier to the foundation and hired Scott to redirect the rain water.<br><br>Scott was the only contractor that did not try to convince me to install an underground drain system and the engineer was in agreement. Scott explained his plan in the detail I needed to feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing.<br><br>At no point did I second guess my decision to do business with Scott. He was very responsive to text messages and he met each of my expectations.<br><br>I walked the property the last week of May of 2025 when we had heavy rains, the water was flowing via the swales created by Scott's crew. The sunken living room was dry.<br><br>Scott did not ask me to write a review like so many companies do.<br><br>Mission accomplished. Well done Scott!”

For what I paid for labor, I would assume they could at least dispose of them. Despite all that I would highly recommend them if you can spare the cost.”
