Eric Harper was the technician from Abacus who came and performed the service on my HVAC system. I think he was efficient with his work. Home Depot was offering a coupon so the service came out to $25. I'm not sure how much good it did my system. Mr. Harper commented that there were several other services (duct cleaning, etc) that could be performed through an annual maintenance plan, which he explained to me and all of which would be extra cost.
