I Hired Smithco to paint 3 buildings in the condominium complex where I am the lead maintenance. This was after we hired another company that did a subpar job on a fourth building. Macy Smith had an eager can do attitude from the first meeting we had. His professionalism extended even to his workers. They worked quickly & efficiently for the duration of the project. The part that causes me to give his company a 5 star rating is that when it came time to go inspect his work & sign off on them, I came around the corner to find Mr. smith on his hands & knees in the bushes picking up some small very minor paint chips that had fallen behind the bushes.
