“I love my “new” kitchen thanks to Joe, Jessica and Munro at Kitchen Tune-Up! They replaced my 30-year-old drawer slides with soft closers and installed pull-outs in my cavernous cabinets. They even installed an amazing design that lets me use the corner cabinets much more functionally. I decided not to replace the cabinets because they were the original custom built real wood ones, so Joe figured out how to optimize each drawer and cabinet as effectively as possible. They even created a new opening in my island to provide easier access from the back of it and matched the cabinet door perfectly by having it custom made. Joe, Jessica and Munro couldn’t have been more customer service oriented and determined to ensure the best job outcome possible. They certainly succeeded on my project!“

“Balladez Construction was outstanding from beginning to end.. The pre-construction consultation set the tone for project. Daniel his site manager(David) went step-by-step how work would be done. Day1 David met material delivery truck and accounted for everything needed. Each day he gave us a status review and stayed with workers entire day.The workers were the best:professional, polite, and efficient.They prep the home to allow least evasive and continuous cleaning as they worked. They arrived early each day to survey the work and continued working the entire day. Linda was not completely satisfied with minor details and the crew came back next day and worked until she(we) were COMPLETELY SATISFIED. No questions or push back... amazing.Again, the sheetrockers, painters, electrician, and other workers were Top Grade-A. Finally, the pricing for the professional work goes unmatched and we are looking forward to other projects such as flooring restoration in a few week.
