Milestone Windows & Doors
“Milestone Windows & Door did a fantastic job from start to end.
This company was recommended to me from a friend that previously used this company to replace their windows and they were content with the service received.
I had the pleasure of meeting with the President of the Company (Gene Miles) who drove down to my property to measure my windows, answered all of my questions, and provided me with a reasonable quote.
I had no issues with communicating with Gene over the phone. After reviewing the quote, Gene sent his installer (Jon) to my property to get a 2nd set of measurements to ensure they were both accurate. This initial phase took place almost one month ago.
A month later, Jon called me to share that the windows were ready to be installed. The windows were ready sooner than I expected, but I was more than happy to get the new set installed.
Today, Jon and his team arrived on time as schedule and began demolition of the old windows. They were very professional and covered all working areas with tarp and/or plastic to prevent dust and stuff from getting everywhere. I appreciated it.
Jon's team work fast and efficiently and got all 14 windows installed. They even reinstalled my blinds and curtains that I removed myself the morning of the installation. The team were polite and respectful of my property. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the debris.
I highly recommend going with Milestone Windows and Doors! Their price was competitive with other companies. Gene was very knowledgeable on his trade and was receptive to my request and budget. When I had an issue or concern, Gene and Jon took my calls promptly and we were able to address those concerns.”
Beinert Roofing & Restoration, LLC
“Peter came and he provided practical solutions to all of the concerns that my husband had communicated. He was so polite with my mom and patient as we regaled him with a silly story about a squirrel. Super awesome and so professional! Fantastic work. Thank you!”
