This location uses my insurance unlike some urgent cares that wants to bill you instead of the insurance. Wait time is not long and seen quickly. Friendly staff and clean waiting areas!
any other urgent care i go to makes me feel like i’m bothering them or inconveniencing them but this location was so nice and helpful from the front desk to every doctor i encountered. thank y’all so much
Made an initial visit due to me thinking I had strep. I was able to get in right before they closed and they still saw me and were attentive. This time the illness was stubborn so I made a second appointment to get re-evaluated today (2/20) and they were still as pleasant and helpful as ever. Everyone from the front desk, to the person taking my vitals, to Dr. Reddy was great and attentive to my concerns. Definitely recommend.
